Day 70 Movement Control Order – “Strategic Psalm 91 Watch”
“I will heal your wounds.”
Jeremiah 30:17 AMP
Have you built a wall around yourself, saying, “No one can hurt me if I don’t let anyone get close to me”? There are those among us who may take such a stand especially if you had some bad experiences.
However, this will not help because, ‘the wall you’ve built to keep others out has you locked in’. You will not have a breakthrough and the wound will trouble and limit you. The Lord wants to be your protector, but He cannot, if you are busy trying to protect yourself. God didn’t promise that you would never get hurt, but He promised to heal you if you come to Him rather than trying to take care of everything yourself. If you’ve built walls around yourself out of fear, then you must tear them down through faith.
Go to Jesus with each old wound and receive His healing. When someone hurts you, don’t let it fester, take it to the Lord in prayer and be willing to handle it His way instead of your own. Read what God told His people, and receive it as a promise to you: “I will give you back your health and heal your wounds, says the Lord.” Jer. 30:17. You won’t merely survive this hurt, you’ll grow stronger through it and be able to minister to others.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God” (2Co 1:3-4 NKJV).
So, please tear down those walls! Be vulnerable and let the Lord heal you.
