Day 78 Movement Control Order – “Strategic Psalm 91 Watch”
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”
Psalm 23:5 NKJV
In life, we are often irritated by some people. We are perplexed over attitudes and immaturity among us. We wish that they have never appeared or that they would be transferred or simply disappeared from our life! Similarly for situations that we encounter in life
However, I have learned why sometime God allows difficult people competitors and situations that make life difficult for us. Let me explain the reason.
“Sometimes a foe can press you into victory where a friend cannot.”
Who would ever have heard of David, without Goliath? Who would have known about Moses, if there had been no Pharaoh oppressing God’s people? And what would have been known about Esther, without Haman’s evil plot against the Jews? Without the problems of the Corinthians, we will not have the books of 1 and 2 Corinthians.
Bringing it closer to what we are facing, we may not have prayed so much if not for this pandemic. We would not have experienced how comforting are His Words if not for the fears that we are facing. We would not have appreciated the support from the family of God if not for the uncertainties that we are facing. If you are a believer, you must be reminded that indeed God is at work in all things of our life!
What’s your dream? Is there an enemy standing between you and its fulfillment? Dare to confront them and they will become an instrument in God’s hand to press you into your destiny.
That is what it means by ‘He will prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies!
