Generosity is the quality of being kind and unselfish, a willingness to give help or support.

The Bible has a lot to say about generosity as a desirable character trait.
Proverbs 22:9 says, “The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.”

Our God is a generous God, and He expects us to follow His example.
God demonstrated His generosity when He offered His Son as a sacrifice to atone for our sin.
The gift of Jesus to sinful mankind was the ultimate act of generosity.

And as we see God being generous, we are to be generous. Amen!
